How can I purchase gemstones from Claudia Gemstones?

No shopping cart drama here. Just fill out our contact form with your gemstone dreams, and we'll give you a call to make it happen. Think of it as the VIP treatment.    

Do you have a physical showroom?

Absolutely! Our Singapore showroom is right in the middle of Singapore, Chinatown Point, level 21-06 CT108. Come by, sip some coffee, and ogle our gorgeous gems in person. You won't regret it.    

Are your gemstones certified?

You bet! Each gem comes with a certificate from top gemological labs, so you know you’re getting the real deal. No fakes, no flakes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’re flexible. When we reach out to finalize your purchase, we’ll sort out the best payment method for you. We take credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers—whatever floats your boat.    

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our precious cargo worldwide. Costs and delivery times depend on where you are, but we’ll fill you in on all the details when we talk. 

What is your return policy?

Not in love with your gem? Return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s in original condition. Custom or personalized items? Those are all yours, no take-backs.

How do I care for my gemstones?

Treat your gems like royalty. Keep them away from harsh chemicals, extreme temps, and long sunbathing sessions. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap, then store them safely away.
